Willie Dillard is an FHA Approved Appraiser based in Winston-Salem, NC. He has been appraising homes in the Triad area since 1983. Willie began his career as a staff appraiser for the city tax department and later branched out to offer full residential appraisal services in 11 Piedmont Triad counties.
